No mate the first interview. I noticed from the thread most people who passed got their results and their date for the managers interview within about 16 day. My 14 th day is tomorrow. The guy at the opc said give about 7 days and phone if they haven't contacted you

Oh ok sorry for the confusion, I sat the mmi on the 2nd July and got my result on the 11th. I know hr is snowed under so I wouldn't read too much into it at this stage.

I thought they would be. Opc guy estimated 100 people got through to the second stage. Still tempted to phone them tomorrow just incase I've missed my phone call or they have phoned the wrong number lol

I went for my DM interview on Tuesday 15th July. Got a letter today inviting me to a medical on 6th August. Absolutely chuffed to bits but not taking anything for granted.

Not quite the 2 months they said it might take!

Again, good luck to those still waiting.

Could anyone tell me who has been through the whole system how long after the medical an offer of employment is issued. Do they wait for the urine samples to get back from processing before offering employment?
The reason i ask is that i need to put my notice in with the military sooner rather than later i have some critical time lines coming up whereby i may not be able to get out early ie (deployment).

You wont get an offer until the d&a analysis is done but it only normally takes three days.

No worries, were you told the date you would be starting your training course if you were successful?

with that being the case I assume they will let you know quite quickly, how much notice do you have to give in your current job? I guess you told them your notice period at the interview.

I had DM interview on July 1st and not heard anything.
It looks like I'm not through this time. Out of interest as anyone had a reject letter or e mail from DM stage?

Positive mental attitude pal. Just because your yet to hear doesn't mean it's game over

I had my stage two assessments on Wednesday 16th July and I still haven't heard anything either way. The waiting is killing me, especially with you lucky guys who have had the DM already and are waiting medicals. The jobs could have all been filled by the time I get offered a DM interview...

Hendo. I have just passed my rules course. The actually psychometric interview all there looking to do is crack you keep as calm as possible and you'll be fine as for the period between stages from the last psychometric stage to the medical I think was 5 weeks so don't lose hope of you haven't heard anything. I was saying the exact same to people on weds as my depots currently interviewing for intermodal.

Good luck all!

Also if they have paid to put you through the psychometric stages and you've passed you'll get another to the next stage they won't waste money and there desperate for drivers.

Hi Tyler.
Just another quick Q . The computer tests and situational judgment tests before the interview don't seem to get much of a mention on here. Are they nothing to worry about ? Thanks again mate ! As you can tell i want this quite bad

The computer tests reaction(boring) half hour watching a flashing screen, like a perception look at pictures see what you can find, like they'll tell you to look for 5 items see of you can see them in pictures. Then there's the joystick abit glitchy not brilliant but quite easy. The sjt is what your interview is based around once again not too hard mate

Hi mate.

The pack they send you actually prepares you quite well for the computer tests. The one I found hardest was the joysticks one - I kept going off the track and at one point pulled the joystick clean off in my hand! Still passed it somehow, so if I can I'm sure you'll be ok!

Good luck.

Hi people. Sat my 2nd stage testing on July 16th n not heard anything back as yet. Passed all the computer tests n then did the mmi. Is it unusual if you don't hear anything for this length of time. I know a couple of lads who got their letters pretty quickly. Thank you
