Freightliner topntail

I saw a southbound freightliner service heading south through Banbury yesterday approx 13.20

It was being hauled by a Freightliner loco with a blue liveried Class 66 on the rear ( not close enough to see details) Does anyone know if this a regular operation now or a one off?

May have been a one off as there were plenty of top and tailed workings planned due to the Water Orton re-signalling commissioning this weekend.
