Freightliner Powerhaul Problems?

Any truth to the apparent reliability problems of Freightliner's new GE Powerhaul locos? Saw this pic on railpictures.net showing the Powerhaul 70 being towed away by an EMD 66

Surely this should be in Traction and Rolling Stock???

To answer -

Any new train is going to have reliability issues, it takes time to get used to how they work and how best to maintain. IIRC the 60's were appalling when first introduced but the problems were ironed out and this happens with all new trains...
