Freightliner hopper removed at Preston

Hello everyone,

Just noticed today travelling down the West coast mainline heading into Preston station from the north - a Freightliner hopper wagon in the unused bay platform with a Virgin 'Thunderbird' stabled next to it - practically in the same location as where the intercity coach that was there for years was.

Was wondering if anyone had any further info as to what happened?
