Again i was in doncaster on the 3rd of july and all of the freightliner coals were using the freight avoider and not going through the station are all the coals doing this from now or were they just doing it on certain days

It very much depends on the day of the week and time of day. Guessing that the lines through the station were needed for passenger trains and the avoider was available. Most freight going to/from the Sheffield line seems to use the avoider, apart from those accessing the yard to the south of the station.
