66s, 67s, 68s and 70s are leased. 56s, 58s, 60s, 90s, 92s plus the classic fleet are all owned by the FOCs.

Oh right, EWS/DB have stored 92's when they are paying money to lease them. That is really stupid. These could easily be put to use.

Platform 5 shows them listed as owned by HBOS plc, and it always has shown them as leased
EDIT: Just been looking round for any extra info, a post on WNXX (in 2012) states the 92s are listed on TOPS as owned HBOS.
