Water Orton is probably going to be your best bet.
anywhere in the midlands and station.

If you want to pick up the Kingsbury to Immingham tanks then Tamworth HL would be a good bet. In addition you can see the WCML there as well.
Other than that as has been said Water Orton is as good a place as any.
