Afternoon.

I am nearly 16 and am in my second year of GCSEs.

I have been growing in interest of having a job as a freight driver for companies such as DRS or GBrf.

However, I appreciate that it's not a job that you can just walk in to. So, I was wondering if either of the previously mentioned companies offer apprenticeships or courses for younger hopefuls such as myself.

Any advice from any drivers would also be much appreciated.

Keep watching their websites' job vacancy pages.
I've had a final interview for an apprenticeship with a FOC (I'm 16 and have just got all of my GCSEs) which I hopefully hear back from this week.
Even if it isn't in the operations side like driving, you can always work your way up.
