Freight breakdown on North Staffs line

Just seeing on RTT that the Colas freight from Longport to Dewsbury has broken down near to the Meir tunnel.Looks like it was a significant load and it might be more problematic to move if the location is on the up gradient either side of the Meir tunnel.Assuming it’s a failed loco wondering how a replacement loco would access the locatio?.Also wondering if the situation will see some rare use of the eastbound Caverswall good loop?

The Caverswall loop seems to be heavily overgrown according to this Google Maps satellite view (assuming I’ve found the right loop!)

it was clipped out of use in 2020 according to The Signalbox forum

It's inside the tunnel rather unhelpfully and Caverswall loops are both out of use with mature trees growing through the 4 foot. 70809 apparently.

Failed in tunnel, so blocked in both directions, and requires assisting from the front, so assisting loco would cross at Caverswall. May be a heavyweight 37 from Derby to come to the rescue as it'll be nearly 1600 tonnes with the dead 70.
