Free Virgin Trains tickets in the Mirror

Since allegedly this was the last batch of 2000 tickets, it seems unfair that you abused the system for your own gain although I doubt they'll find out if you distribute the tickets amongst friends. I wonder if some of the freebie tickets will end up for sale on ebay...

I did consider the ethics, but there was nothing in place to deter me from getting as many tickets as I could in the time they were available, and as mentioned, I'm only travelling on one - the other tickets have gone to a bunch of friends who (for the purposes of this anecdote) couldn't access the internet this morning.

Does anyone know if this promotion is going to be available again because unfortunately I missed out due to my health last week.

Also, I didn't realise you can use them to go upto Scotland or Holyhead - I thought it was just West Midlands to/from Euston
