Free Tickets,Fastticket collection

hi we have recently booked the free virgin trains tickets to london, the only option is to get them from the fastticket machine but there was no card used in the booking so how on earth do we collect them and when do we get the Mirror voucher?

That will be fun maybe the machine wont charge you or something if not could you speak to any members of staff and explain to them, i have seen arriva trains wales staff help people out when they have had problems with the ticket machines at cardiff central (The machines theres seem to be having a lot of problems recently).

No, you don't get charged by the machine, you just have to put in your card for identification purposes. I don't know whether you'd have to go to the booking office to collect your tickets (as usually advised if you don't have the card you booked with), or whether it'd accept any card.

Just been to collect my tickets. Had to insert a credit card into the machine for ID purposes, then the eight character alpha-numeric code supplied, and hey presto, I got my free tickets for London-Manchester.

(The TVM display said that there would be no charge for the transaction).
