Hello everyone
I recently received an email from Greater Anglia regarding fraudulent activity. They said that a ticket has been used multiple times.
I've seen a lot of responses on similar threads saying to ignore these emails as they are simply trying to put the fear of god into you and that these emails will only continue until they stop and act more as a warning to desist any fraudulent activity.
I can't actually provide evidence that I haven't done this as I have recently deleted and set up a new account after I started having some stuff happen.
Can anyone provide any further advice on this? I understand that if I can't provide sufficient evidence that I'll have to pay some sort of fine but it would also be embarrassing for any more serious action to be taken just for ignoring the emails.
Thank you for any help and advice provided!
