Dear four-or-more wheeled motorists,
Not so much a 'story' - more a polite request that drivers of four-or-more wheeled vehicles (cars in particular) actually slow down at junctions and look for motorcycles (and our non-petrol, pedal-powered friends). It's kind of annoying arriving home a little shaken, and with minor chest pains and light-headedness after someone has sailed straight across a busy main road from one side-road to another without looking or giving way to oncoming vehicles. Therefore, causing the rider to perform an emergency brake so fierce that they get sent straight into their handlebars and dash area rather violently, resulting in the aforementioned chest discomfort and painful knee (aww). It could also result in damage to your beloved car too, which would be terrible for all involved.
This plea goes out to everyone - no matter how big your yellow KA's spoiler is, or how loud you are playing your music at the time.
Thank you
