Found in Hampton Wick: A4 Signaller's notebook

Somebody will clearly be going mad that they've lost this. I found on the street just near Hampton Wick station. Trying to determine from the notes inside who it belongs to but am not 100% sure. If you can tell me your name and claim it then please do and I'll get it back to you. (I just don't trust that dropping it at a station will guarantee it's return).

There's reference to Wembley main line, if that helps you identify it.

I'm not sure how likely it is that the person is on here.

I'd hand it in or post it to the Wembley signalling centre as that would give it the best chance of being reunited with its owner.

I'd have just given it to the station. They would let their signaller know who can pass it along to anyone who is likely to have lost it. Similarly if someone has lost it and goes to retrace their steps they're not going to have much luck if its at someone's house. I'm with sprite on this, if you can get it to the signalling centre that would be the perfect solution, but appreciate that may not be possible.
