I attempted to book a off peak via Gospel Oak ticket from Upper Halliford to Harringay Green Lanes ticket from the forum ticketting site toda and had issues, which eventually required me to book via the SWR website.
Specifically, due to the routeing guide this ticket is only valid via Richmond and not via Clapham Junction. The Upper Halliford trains were on diversion via Twickenham. The forum ticketting site failed to find tickets using the extra stop at Twickenham, and acted as if the trains ran fast from Fulwell to Clapham Junction, which makes it impossible to find a ticket. SWR website on the other hand did manage to find an itinerary using the diverted trains.
Is there a way I could have booked the ticket with the forum website in this specific situation? For context the ticket machine at the station was dysfunctional.
