Is anyone else having an issue that, when writing posts, all the controls to add formatting and emojis etc. are disabled? (As shown in the attached screenshot of this very post)

For anyone that has this happen it's easily solved by clicking on the cog (the tool tip "Toggle BB code" will appear if you hover over it).
