Former Grand Central HSTs now with EMT

It's a pity that more services don't offer this feature (and have trains long enough to do so): Declassified first class luxury for bearers of full price open tickets! I always made a beeline for the declassified first vehicle when Grand Central were operating these sets.

Maybe we should go back to a three class system? Third for AP ticket holders, second for walk up fares and more expensive AP fares, and first for full fare tickets only. A bit like the Italo service in Italy which offers four classes.

The STILLS boiler on these sets is a lot faster than the ex Midland Mainline varieties. I guess they were upgraded at some point by GWR/FGW.
