The West Midlands Traffic Commissioner has finally released his decision into Diamond Bus' Public Inquiry, held in Birmingham late last year: https://cbwmagazine.com/formal-warning-for-diamond-bus/

"Operator improves since 2014 PI, but still above non-compliance threshold, and sees only half of O-licence increase authorisation granted … The firm’s application for an increase in O-licence authorisation from 228 to 323 was granted – but the increase on the licence was varied and reduced to 275."

I notice that the parent group's share price has hardly budged... anyone thinking what I'm thinking (that is, I wonder if there's an easy way to short AIM shares?)
