Footbridge between Trefforest and Tonteg

Does anyone have pictures (modern or historical) and also the current state of the footbridge a few miles south of Trefforest station - which as a kid I used to know as "Devil's Bridge".

Last I heard was that the bridge was closed with no date for reopening.

Taken in 2008, the bridge looks quite reasonable then. The map indicates there is a public footpath which is a right of way across this bridge, so it ought to be sorted.
