Three international call ups allows the team to call a league game off; the only stipulation I can find is that the players have to have appeared for the first team this season - I can’t see anything that specifies whether it has to be full international team or under 21s. Logically that shouldn’t matter - it’s about a club being deprived of the use of 3 or more players

(This also explains why more games tend to get called off during the international breaks later in the season as clubs will have used more players by then)

Altrincham FC 4-0 Ebbsfleet United
Linney and Newby score 2 for Altrincham in the 9th and 10th minute respectively, E Jones made it 3 goals up in the 46th minute and Reddin placed the ball in the bottom corner to make it 4-0 in the 87th minute.

I was worried last weekend when Hyde had a comfortable 3-0 lead away to FC United of Manchester in the 1st qualifying round of the FA Cup then fell apart in defence and conceded three very late goals to only draw, causing an unnecessary Tuesday reply (which they only just won 1-0 at home). Whilst admittedly facing an away game at Guiseley is not something to look forward to, the Hyde defence was far too poor in application and were well beaten when the final whistle went. No longer top of the league with this first defeat of the season.

2 results for Darlo this week both 0-0 v Alfreton and Marine. First one is a good result as Alfreton always beat us. Second was poor, we made several chnace saginatst a weak team and failed to take any.

We look toothless at present.

Hyde United have met West Didsbury and Chorlton only twice in recent years, owing to the status level of the two clubs. Both matches have been in the Manchester Senior Cup with evening 7.45pm kick off times.

Depends on the veracity of the many different sources you look at.

The Manchester Senior Cup, has in recent previous seasons, only been played for by half-a-dozen or so full time professional clubs' reserve or u21 sides, and hasn't been played for since 2016.

The Manchester Premier Cup is the one competed for by (currently 18) Manchester area semi-professional non-league clubs, such as Hyde United and West Didsbury and Chorlton.
