I'd be going with Rashford or Loftus-Cheek in his place, for the simple reason that he hasn't produced the goods against (with the greatest respect) fairly moderate opposition.

Off the ball he has produced the goods. Sweden couldn't cope with him. It gave Trippier and Young the room down the flanks. He's getting into goal scoring positions, one is bound to fall his way.

I think that as he or his team are no longer involved in the current World Cup, that competition will not even enter his thoughts. Something akin to Juventus, with Italy not even qualifying for the current competition.

11/4 England v 5/1 Croatia is wrong surely. 11/4 is basically 3.75/1 or put another way a 73.3% chance that England will win v a 26.67% Croatia will win - that cant be right in a 2 horse race - and seems generous and an attempt to buy money on the back of that xenophobic hysteria you mention. I would take 2/1 on France and 5/1 on Croatia if I was a traitorous betting man
