Doesn't that show that you're scoring from numerous positions rather than being reliant on one or two goal poachers? One of the few moans about our season so far is our inability to convert many of our chances. We've yet to win by a margin greater than one goal, and Friday's win at Norwich was both our first win in front of the Sky cameras in ages, and the first time any player has scored twice in a game- in that case Elias Kachunga who is our top scorer, also with 8. Maybe it's a German manager thing?

There are rumours that Wells could leave during the January transfer window, though I doubt Dean Hoyle would repeat the mistakes of previous chairmen by selling him to a promotion rival unless there was a hefty mark-up.

Only today he's had to warn Bundesliga clubs and German journalists not to underestimate Huddersfield Town after Wagner was approached by Wolfsburg. Obviously I'm glad he's turned them down but I do rather feel for their current manager who has only been in the job for a few weeks!

Reds Bar was only £60 each about a third of the normal price- Stoke on the 28th December was north of £150. Not suprisingly they sold out really quickly. I'm hoping Plymouth are the opposition.

Soccer Weekends currently have a package for £115pp that Includes a Hotel and Breakfast for the same match - that is less than you would pay for an ordinary ticket alone on the secondary market.

Soccer Weekends currently have a package for £115pp that Includes a Hotel and Breakfast for the same match - that is less than you would pay for an ordinary ticket alone on the secondary market.

I used to have a club membership, but I didn't bother renewing it when I moved to the Isle of Man. Thinking about it I might get one again because I'd have more chance of getting a ticket if I had one, because 10,000 tickets are kept aside for members for every Premier League home game according to the membership information page on Liverpool's website.

That's the main thing English football needs to adopt from the Bundesliga: sensible pricing. Even more than the full-throttle "gegenpressing" style which Liverpool and Huddersfield have used to our advantage. Going to watch the football should cost the same as going to the cinema, rather than the ridiculous prices mentioned further up the page (though some of those prices include more than just the ticket to the game, of course).

My season ticket cost £179, which works out at around £7.80 a game- that compares pretty well with prices at Borussia Dortmund and our chairman/saviour deserves credit for that. It's certainly made a difference to the atmosphere and probably the performances too. Though matchday prices are still the wrong side of £20 there's only so much a club with our modest budget can do and still be competitive.

Regardless of the results it's far better to be entertained as part of a 20k crowd than be lulled to sleep with 12k others by the dull and negative football that Powell (and Robins before him) served up, nice guys though they are.

A bit of a shame that the natural tendency of Huddersfieldites to moan and see the glass as half empty seems to be taking a while to shake off. On the other hand, in 20 years there'll be loads of young men in Huddersfield called Elias and Aaron!

Couldn't agree more, it's about time football ticket prices were more affordable. I've got to admit, the boring football that Rodgers' teams played was another factor that put me off going to watch Liverpool. At least with Klopp we're playing much better football on a regular basis that's actually worth paying to go and watch, but even then it's still too expensive.

Winchester City moved into the top half of the table tonight with an emphatic win and their fifth consecutive league victory. They dominated from the start and with 20 minutes gone Adam Tomasso smashed home after IK Hill hit the post. Craig Feeney then poked home from a goalmouth scramble before Jamie Barron, back from Gosport, smashed home from 25 yards. Feeney got his hat-trick with a quickfire double, and then another for good measure, before Jack Hannam's 25 yard daisy-cutter put the chocolate sprinkles on the proverbial hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows for possibly City's best performance of the season.

Now I have to worry about split allegiances. Always supported both Liverpool and Argyle. Liverpool following in family steps and have been to Anfield numerous times, Plymouth as my local team.

If you go to Soccer Weekends Website they are doing Reds Bar for £45 which is a steal - I'm still recovering from paying £60 each to LFC which was cheap enough

My brother went to Plymouth Poly back in the eighties. I was at Home Park when there were over 30,000 in for an FA Cup Late Stage tie against Derby County - it was a draw and Argyle lost the replay if I remember correctly.

Have just been having a browse and finding lot's of suppliers offering tickets for the Plymouth Match in the hundreds - poor saps who buy these when you can get a better package for £45. I thought it was illegal to resell non-hospitality Football Tickets at above face value. Are these companies based abroad or what ???

Without question argyle is the biggest following in the southwest. March 84 was 4 years to the month before my birth so yes before I was born. I've only been here just under a year but due to the huge local interest it's impossible not to start following and supporting them.
