Your crystal ball was working well towards the end of September when you made this posting. What with managerial matters in the interim period, how do view Leeds United's form in the Championship since then?

Because under LVG, the way the team are playing is a lot, lot different. We're playing with pace again, we look more confident when we attack - get a regular, proper (ie. not Michael Carrick and other out of position players) back 4 and we'll be alright.

While the results haven't been coming, the way we've been playing has been more positive. Under Moyes, apart from that very first game, we had a very negative approach to things with a lack of belief.

The trouble is....are those resources good enough to challenge for a top four position in the Premiership? Being a rail based forum, one could compare the latest rail units for the new London projects with the ex-Merseyrail Class 142 Pacers and claim that both are "resources".

I recently heard two football supporters arguing and one, obviously a Manchester Unite supporter claimed that both Jones and Smalling were "England-class internationals". The other supporter laughed and said "England-class, that says it all how poor they are"...:roll:

Usually at this time in recent years, there are usually postings made from the Midlands and the Leeds areas from the RailUK forums supporters clubs of Trafford FC who usually are still confused by the location of the club, thinking that they play in the city on the opposite side of the Manchester Ship Canal.

Good news is to be reported, as last night, they defeated Ossett Town 3-0 at home in the FA Trophy.

I had the pleasure of watching the game and have never seen anything like the domination in the second half at this level. In fairness to Blackpool they defended well! Unfortunately they will be playing in League One next season unless drastic action is taken in the transfer window.
