3-3 now and it's not even half time. If this isn't first on MOTD idk what to say
All cued for a dull second half then?

5live don't seem to be covering any games tonight? Seems odd given there are 4 PL games. Should be able to get tonight's game on WM though![]()
It's down to broadcast rights. AFAIK when there is a full set of PL fixtures in midweek 5 live are not allowed to broadcast any matches in full
"Appalling decision against Danny Rose. Terrifically timed tackle given as a penalty and red card."
. Must watch MOTD now. I can see us being well down the running order though, the Midlands is region non grata for national mediaThat was bostin. Must watch MOTD now. I can see us being well down the running order though, the Midlands is region non grata for national media

West Ham got a draw too by the looks of things by parking the bus it would seem. You will recall this is the same tactic Chelsea used when playing Barcelona in the CL final - I wonder what Mourhino will make of it...
No chance to watch MotD here West ham have the joint highest number of clean sheets (with arsenal) in the league this season. Suggests they just need some goals and they'll get clear of relegation zone.
Five different scorers for Man City including Jovetic.

Now that my beloved Hearts are finally out of minus points it's such a good feeling. Took us long enough to get the 15 points deduction off our back and into plus points. After beating Ross County on Saturday we have a massive 2 points![]()

Yet yesterday they broadcast both the Manchester United v Cardiff and Southampton v Arsenal (the latter on sports extra) in full.
Stonking result for Liverpool in The Merseyside Derby last night.
Could easily have been 6 or 7.....
SAS strike again (with the exception of the penalty :cry![]()

Did you watch it? I think Everton were a bit unlucky throughout the match as they done the same as Newcastle and done everything but score but Liverpool did look like they would with every attack

Are there any Man City fans on RailUK Forums ? - I don't recall any.

I'm a City fan and have been all my life, through thick and thin. I was there at Wembley in '99 for our finest hour when we managed to come back from 2 nil down to get promoted. I just tend not to comment much on the football side of things on here much more...

I presume you meant Bayern Munich?

Amazingly it's a 3pm Kick off, usually it's early KO for these games, just hope there is no bother.
Crazy decision by the 'revolving-door' owners of Leeds. McDermott was massively respected by the players, and it seems a certain Ross McCormack is not happy with the way things have gone. Unfortunately I'm not sure it'll give us much of a boost for tomorrow- we seem to be playing some amazing football at the moment but can't seem to buy a win!
Our resident Oldham fans on the forum can look forward to some decent performances from Jon Stead who's just joined on loan from Huddersfield. He came back to his hometown club this summer but other than his winner in the derby it hasn't really worked out for him. At League One level though, he's a real acquisition.
I'm also surprised by the 3pm kick-off, perhaps WYP are wary of being accused of over-reaction after they lost a civil court case brought by Hull City supporters angry at the restrictive travel arrangements when they came to HTFC last spring?
I'm afraid I don't share balne-wonderer's faith in our ability to get a result though!![]()
