Food addictions.

Cheese... I love cheese... I get three or four slices of bread, butter em up and stick cheese inbetween them all in a stack, then shove that in the microwave

Whatever you do in your own home is fine with me - but a 12 incher must make your eyes water.................. especially with chilli topping!

For me it has to be curry, any type - i could eat them till i burst!

My work colleagues have recently noticed i may be in danger of having a pickled onion addiction.

Sainsburys used to do jars of pickled shallots in spiced vinegar. There would usually be some dried chillis, mustard seeds and black peppercorns in there to give it some real kick. I'd buy a jar and keep it right up to the "Use By" date, just turning it occasionally, to give it a fighting chance to mature before opening. They were fierce and certainly MUCH stronger than regular pickled onions.

Mind you, they seem to have reduced the amount of spices they put in them now to just one tiny dried chilli and a few black peppercorns. They are still nice but a shadow of their former selves.

I swear it's practically a condiment sometimes. I melt it into beans, put it on chips, just about every sandwich, even goats cheese in soup.....I HAVE A PROBLEM!

Various food allergies have forced me to curb many much-loved foods:
-pasta in cheese sauce with vinegar, brocolli and black pepper
-houmous...on anything, or a dip for dried dates
-sandwhiches containing houmous and pasta, with ketchup, spices and anything else in the cupboard...
-ginger oat biscuits
-chocolate in general

Also I'd add Asda's cajun chicken rolls (the ones shaped like small sausage rolls and come in packs of 9)

I'm partial to black pudding and square sausage, and after a brutal drinking session I fire up the grill and have a roll or 2 with them on it, with a generous helping of HP sauce - fantastic! Washed down with Irn Bru obviously, but remember to leave some for the morning hangover

As far as crisps go Pickled Onion monster munch are nicest although an honorary (should that have a u in it?) mention goes to the other monster munch flavours and cheesy wotsits.

However, since I'm cheap I'll usually buy a big pack of either Asda's own bacon crisps (think frazzles) or salt and vinegar sticks/swirls

NEVER sit at the side of me while munching those Scampi Fries!! The smell can curdle milk from 15 miles away!!!

Doesn't smelling like Grimsby docks hamper your social life somewhat?? When ive had pickled onions i'm always banished to the far corner of the staff room!!
