FOC Depots

Hi all,

Had a look around the forum but I can't see to find much. Do we have a list of FOCs and their depots and what sort of routes they sign?

Like we do for the TOCs? If not, it would be great to collate a few bits of info together :)

Please do feel free to shut this down if I've just missed something blindingly obvious!

It would be lovely if someone would like to take it on but I think the issues really are twofold

One - some operators have “depots” in the conventional sense but some have a hub system (can book on at all points within such and such a distance of such and such a point), and some are “mobile” (home based, essentially)

Two - route cards can widely vary from driver to driver. Quite often there isn’t a “link” structure as such, route knowledge wise.

But despite all this, it’d still be interesting to see what information people have!

https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/driver-depots.151508/ I'm not sure how accurate this is but it does have a big list of FOC depots.

The more up to date thread is this one, although I appreciate it doesn't include FOCs - https://www.railforums.co.uk/threads/different-driver-depot-route-and-traction-cards.205085/unread

However it has been generally attempted before for FOCs, but it is so much more complex and widespread in additional to the way some FOCs class depots being problematic for a simple "list" as @godfreycomplex states. They also appear to be more subject to change.
