Anyone know what the working conditions, Ts and C's etc would be like for a qualified drivers? Whats RD pattern and AL like? Roster?
What routes/traction signed?

And if any of you Ipswich drivers here are Town fans (part of my reason for looking to move there!) I'm still buzzing from Saturday!! We've got super Kieran McKenna, we are going up, etc etc!!

Hi mate.

I don't work at Ipswich depot but I relieve there every now and then.

Most of their work is Ipswich-Wembley return or Peterborough. Think they have a loge turn to Doncaster. They also have quite a few diagrams Ipswich to felixstowe, some of which have them hanging around down there for ages.

I couldn't tell you there roster unfortunately. I do know there are a few drivers that have been at Ipsowch depot 40+ years. There have been some changes there recently regarding management and the new maintenance facility there, which has caused some divided opinions. Quite a tight depot with strong Aslef L.C,s.
