Can anyone provide examples of journeys you make, where Flexi Seasons offer the best value for money?

What is your origin/destination, and what are your travel patterns? Do you travel a set number of working days per week?

And how much do you save compared to buying weekly or (odd period) monthly tickets?

Do you buy them more for the saving, or the convenience factor, or a bit of both?

Thanks :)

RTR-LBG when I was travelling twice a week to the office, in the peak, were good value tickets for me and cheaper than singles/monthlies.

I bought them for the savings more than anything.

However, it only worked out about £3 cheaper than buying anytime in the morning and a network-rail-discounted super-off-peak on the way home

I only worked this out after making the switch to monthlies ( I now travel in 4-5 times a week). In hindsight, it would have been better for me to buy anytime/super-off-peak as I quite often didn't quite use my allocation within the required 28 validity period
