The picture is a bit misleading - makes it look like just a sink. The video has the grand tour of the full property! Still a terrible price though :p

There was an article in yesterdays Times with a plan. There was barely enough space for a single bed, table and chair with a shower room in the corner. No extravagant luxuries like a kitchen...
