Flat crossings

Is the flat crossing north of Newark Northgate the only flat crossing of this type remaining in Britain? The others that I was aware of at Retford, Lincoln and Bedford have either been bridged (Retford) or one of the routes over the crossing closed.

Would you count the crossing at Porthmadog between the Cambrian Coast line and the Welsh Highland Railway?

If you're counting preserved railways there is one at Tanfield as well.
