Flashing Green Signals - Norway

I have been watching various Video clips of rail journeys in Norway , particularly Bergan - Oslo line and wondered what flashing green signals mean. Can anyone enlighten me?

Distant Signal 25 - expect to proceed. The next main signal will be a proceed aspect (Main Signal 22, fixed double green).

Worth noting that some parts of the UK network have these also - same meaning as TRAX indicates above.
