FLA 'Lowliner' Design Code Variations

On the LTSV website, it mentions 3 design codes on the FLA:
FL002B - Bogie Low-Platform Container Wagon (Inner), allocated to wagon numbers 605010/013/014
FL003B - Bogie Low-Platform Container Wagon (Outer), allocated to wagon numbers 606008/606010
FL006B - Bogie Twin Low-Platform Container Wagon, allocated to wagon number 606117
From what I know, the design codes are only minor variations from the 'standard' design (FL002A/FL003A/FL006A), does anyone know what the design differences between FL002A/3A/6A and FL002B/3B/6B?
