If you go to the "root" page http://www.firstgreatwestern.info/ it appears there is a server failure ongoing.

We are aware of an issue on main server - 3rd April 2018, 05:30.
No estimated time of return of service yet.
Will update message by 12:00.03.04.2018 10:30 - Confired as Main server failure.
