67 now on Traveline - but being run by Buses of Somerset

Well now that 67 has gone to Bakers annoyingly I wonder what Wells can expect in September. Might we actually see them running 178/379 after all?

That is a shame. Wonder why it transferred so quickly. Rather liked First doing it again, they must not have wanted it. Was hoping to give it a go next week!

Seems like it's correct then. Glad I did it today and got a photo of 44912 as well.
Not happy about that at all. Bad day today, Found out First Dorset Plus Ticket has now gone up to £12 so a 20% increase. From June 1st not advertised also.
Thankfully as yet BOS and WOE ticket prices remain the same.

The First Kernow day ticket has also risen from £10 to £12, not so long ago it was £7.

Still showing as £10 on the website. To be honest, apart from the various JC services, there's not much attraction these days for me unlike the days when you could use the 47, 212/6, 61 to have a good day out.

Problem for us Yeovilians is that should we want to visit Bath,Bristol or Weston areas we would have to buy the £12 Ticket. As it is marked Plus it also covers everything run by BOS as well.
A £10 BOS ticket suffices if only that area is required.
Bad bit really was no mention of increase on First Dorset website.
Yeovil or Woeful still has old posters up as well as the 377 and 375 Timetables still showing as well as the broken stand sign.
When the Nat Express service to London ceased earlier in the year both that and the existing 333 Bournemouth to Blackpool Timetable were both taken down so as such no info 333 is on show.
I have redirected several people myself who have been waiting for a 377 to the joint 54/77 stand although most folk have now worked it out for themselves.
Imagine if Car Marketing was so dire!

I take you mean if you have to use a local service or a 57/58 as your initial journey otherwise you'd just get the BoS ticket?

I thought the roadside times had been changed on the 77 or was that my eyesight playing tricky when spying the Somerton case from my uncomfy B10BLE last Tues? If so, wonder why the Yeovil bus station times haven't been amended? Oversight by BoS? Supposed to be done by FHD? Council?

Are you in favour of Yeovil transferring to BoS now?;)

Ps I wasn't saying I'm all right Jack. I'm just not really grabbed into doing an FHD day nowadays now the interesting routes have disappeared. Aside from the JCs, that is.

That said, not done a Damory/More/SReds one for a while neither

Hi Wazoo,
No problem with BOS info. The TT for 54/77 have been grouped on the same table. Haven't looked in Somerton but I would hazard to guess that all 3 routes through there (54,55,77) have been grouped on the same table as well.
My gripe was with First Dorset who I have e-mailed about their lack of up to date prices re change to Day out tickets from June 1st and also the lack of attention at Yeovil Bus Station. All BOS notices around the Bus Station are correct but As for First Dorset not so clever.
Yes we would love to return to BOS but this is a strange area.
Cheers, Mike R

Do we know why some 376 Streetdecks have legals for First Bristol and others have First Somerset and Avon. Some also have First Mendip above the door and others have First West of England. It's a bit of a mixture too. 162 has Somerset and Mendip.

Had 35167 to Bristol this morning and it seriously struggles up the hill to Knowle. When it was new, I thought it was the most powerful.

They joyful 60912 is on 161 today - happy Wazoo?

Haven't seen them on 174, don't know if they were spare though. 44912 I'm pretty sure has left. 44913 was in workshop yesterday lunchtime. Solo was in as spare yesterday afternoon/evening. No sign of any of them today, but I haven't seen what's in the workshop/back of depot today.

53401 in its usual place - depot. But it must be working and must be as spare - it's at the front of depot. 69445 on 161 today.

Any sightings of the 67 this week to confirm who's running it, I've seen elsewhere it could be Hatch Green?

Looks to be duff info, the 67 timetable is now on the BD website.

Well considering i've seen a Bakers Dolphin Streetlite on 67 on Monday, Wednesday and today, I think it's a safe bet that they're running it!

53401 on 174

Must be a shortage of deckers/B7s today. Saw a B7 on 376.

There didn't seem to be any mention of it on the timetable that's all, but maybe I'm missing something.

60912 on 376 this evening. Bad accident supposedly somewhere between Rush Hill and Green Ore, which is having an impact on reliability.

Closed since 11. Was reopen just as we got to Farrington so we took the diversion - bad floods on A37 too. Accident involving 3 cars I'm told. Just on my way back now and not noticed any evidence of a crash.

apparently there has been suggestion the 174 will see double deckers next week due to glastonbury it will be interesting to see how the route copes with glastonbury traffic on the A37

A nice idea. Maybe the solo will go too next week ;)

Wonder what deckers we'll see come down?

First will be doing the shuttle bus from Castle Cary to Glastonbury Festival when it is on.

They've dragged all the Wells drivers backed from all the other depots and any experienced drivers will be doing the shuttles.

No idea what buses they'll be using, but it's a fairly good bet that we'll see some old Tridents or B7TLs from somewhere. Surely we won't see new deckers/vehicles turn up for it.
