This video shows a ride on one of Arriva's E400H City buses, on South West Trains' rail replacement bus service which ran from Clapham Junction to Twickenham. I only went as far as Richmond, but observing these buses running on that route is a first for me, so I decided to film it!

I found the ride onboard this hybrid bus very smooth, with it regularly going into electric mode, and also, I thought that having one of these buses on a route that may have a lot of tourists at any time means that they can travel in style on a routemaster-inspired London icon.

*Quick note about the thumbnail - the bus blind says 319 to Clapham Junction - it was operating on the 319 and got turned to Clapham Junction to commence operation on that day's rail replacement duties with South West Trains.*
