First group email problems

Hi All

Trying to email a query to First Group regarding a position with Scotrail.
Tried a couple times earlier and I keep getting a bounce back email from postmaster stating that it failed to deliver the email and the address is not recognised. I double checked what I typed and I'm 100% sure I typed the correct address.

Anyone else experiencing problems sending an email to careers@firstgroup.com?

I haven't had any problems sending emails to that address but I seem to be having problems receiving replies from them!!

I managed to successfully send to an @firstgroup.com email earlier...

I sent an email on Monday and got a call on Wednesday. Think they are a bit busy

From what I understand they did have some IT problems recently with emails so that might be why there's issues.
