just seen that 3 of the solos have gone to First South Yorkshire
53862 WK 68 BVV
53864 WK 68 BSY
53865 WK 68 BSZ

thought these where for going to be used on Clydebank runs . Guess plans have changed
Sheffield has got new contracts requiring them until other Solos are available and they will return.

3 Solos SRs have now been sent to Yorkshire, I’m guessing Glasgow just needed only 3 of the 6 sent up from Cornwall?

My guess is that the other 3 that came up are enough to replace the Ex-GoAhead Streetlites at Scotstoun, as now there’s 8 Solo SRs in Glasgow’s fleet. (Even if one is at Blantyre and three aren’t in service at the moment).

3 of them are going to Overtown at the service change.

The 77 seems to have a lot more of the low-height E400s on it recently. Taking me right back to the days of when they first got introduced on the 747 (around the time of them going onto the 66 too).

I see the ex-Cornwall E400MMC that has entered service has had a seat retrim but retained its tables.

I was heading south on the M74 this morning and met a repanelled Wright Streetdeck on low loader. Various panels in various FirstGroup liveries (plus silver metal). Presume being painted in Scotland somewhere?

Noticed the E400ev demo/float bus on the 500 other night.

They had the demo double decker on the 31 yesterday afternoon crossing going across Gorbals Street towards the court? (non local here but spotted it and wondered what it was.. checked Bustimes and it seem to imply it was on the 31)

The 31 seems to be its regular route. It has an interesting interior with images of grass on the floor etc!

I had in my mind that demo buses had left lol, it was the outside vinyl of the bus that got me, had to double take, it was more obvious at the back as the number wasn’t digital? (correct me)

It did leave for a brief moment, but it came back, and I believe it has now been purchased by First.
