The 90 very rarely sees deckers. It tends to only really be E300s and E200EVs.Hi - just want to ask how often double deckers appear on the 8, 90, 3 and 46 bus routes, and, if so, whether they show up on particular journeys. Thanks
There was a decker on it a few weeks ago (15th April), and it was one of the Enviro 400s

I’m not saying it never happens but it’s rare. It may become more common now that these have all been returned from Aberdeen.
The 3 seems to get the odd Gemini or E400MMC from time to time. But I think it’s becoming less common since a lot of the Gemini have moved to Caledonia, and the rest of them are needed for the 6A (as well as spare for the 2 & 77).Hi - just want to ask how often double deckers appear on the 8, 90, 3 and 46 bus routes, and, if so, whether they show up on particular journeys. the 90 just isn’t busy enough to warrant deckers.
B9’s are the most common to show up in it, have been for ages now.

No idea, there is genuinely no reason aside from "bus times mods bad". However, never once have I been asked for a password from a bus times moderator? hmm...
One of the people connected with it said it should be back up later today as they are speeding it up by moving to a new host.

As someone who works with web development it appears they've bit off more than they can chew with this. bustimes is quite a large monolith of a program and simply forking it (taking the source code of the site and modifying it, as timesbus appears to be from my research) with little knowledge of its inner workings isn't really a sign of a stable project that the public can rely on to know when their bus will show up.

Not all of First Glasgow's buses track on it it's hit or miss and they don't refresh quickly either.

I've just looked on the First Bus app and found 10 240s tracking live on the map
TimesBus is tracking 3, so certainly some work still to be done!

Not in usability for the general public if only 10-30% of services are on the map.
Joe Public does not care about the fleet number but they do care about getting to work on time.

Initially I was quite impressed - even noting USB availability, however FB is at least tracking Service 88 to Kirkintilloch, whereas Timesbus isn’t showing any!
