How many in total do you think there will be? Because I have a feeling there might be more coming up.not apparently. its happening. 3 (69366/7/8) are already heading up.

meant to be more, not sure on the total thoughHow many in total do you think there will be? Because I have a feeling there might be more coming up.
I imagine this will only be a temporary measure until they rectify the issue with the E200EVs.Hate eclipse there boiling in the summer freezing in the winter uncomfortable and overall only suitable for razor blades
Anyone know when they are due?16... years old. 2008 vintage.
Anyone know when they are due?
Where’s the source of your information? Some Enviro 300s (and one Wright Streetlite which is 63041) have been sent up on loan from Bee Network now.
Bustimes.org members, the same ones who found out about the 3 Eclipses moving up.Where’s the source of your information?
You should know by now that information on bustimes.org isn't always entirely accurate and that it cannot be relied upon as a primary source of information. All it takes is some over-enthusiastic individual getting hold of a bit of "gen" (which may or may not be correct), adding two and two together and getting nine.Bustimes.org members, the same ones who found out about the 3 Eclipses moving up.
EDIT - I mistook some of the buses as E300s, there’s not any of them. It’s just Streetlites.
Quite a significant number of buses have arrived at Caledonia to cover for the E200EVs. Great from an enthusiast point of view to see more a variety.
I’m imagining most of these buses will enter service on Monday?
Aye that's from outside the FGLA fleet. Other depots within FGLA have loaned out vehicles to Caley as well. That's mainly E300s and E200 MMCs as well as a few Geminis, but some other rare appearances too including another Streetlite from Blantyre and one of their 65 reg E400 MMCs which has been back in it's old patch doing X85s the last couple of days. It's mentioned that some of the vehicles need cash vaults installed before they can enter service.
It's "reported" on Facebook (through photos mainly) that there are 8 Streetlites, 7 Eclipses and 1 Streetdeck EV sent up to Glasgow so far.
I'm hesitant to think that as I've seen it on training duties just like the rest. If anything 69335 would be a candidate but even still it came up for driver training so it's probably been modified also.I presume 69133 could enter service again as it does not appear to have had any modifications.
33394 (ex-77 branded) is on loan to Caledonia too and even more strange 33406 has been on loan to Blantyre for a bitAye that's from outside the FGLA fleet. I think Scotstoun have given some of their 23 reg EV batch as well as a few of them are tracking on Caley routes, but no-ones said much about that. And an ex-Mancs E400 came from FABD the other day but apparently that's going back up again soon.
Doesn't look like any of them are tracking this morning, which probably means they won't be out today at all.Quite a significant number of buses have arrived at Caledonia to cover for the E200EVs. Great from an enthusiast point of view to see more a variety.

What about CA0003? What’s that tracking?Doesn't look like any of them are tracking this morning, which probably means they won't be out today at all.
From what I remember none of the E200 EVs (except some from Scotstoun) were out yesterday, which gave me the impression that they were going VOR as well, but about half of the ones that aren't 9 branded are out this morning, so perhaps some of their TMs are being used on the loans? But I have my doubts. None of the withdrawn vehicles are tracking either, which I know sometimes happens.
If any of you noticed the spare TM (CA0005) was out tracking, I'm afraid that's just 34392.
Was just added this morning. Bit of an update now though, 69366 and 63104 have been seen at Buchanan Bus Station. 69366 appears to be tracking as 44442 (doing a 240 so must've transferred to Overtown) and 63104 I'm not sure what that's doing right now, but I don't think it's tracking as CA0003 as the 5 route does not go to Buchanan. What about CA0003? What’s that tracking?
The bus tracking under 37200’s ticket machine is 70101.Was just added this morning.
64119 started tracking on an 88, which I got excited over as I was sure this would be a TM transferred over to a loaned bus, but no, the 200EV is somehow back on the road, which suggests that maybe the others will slowly start coming back soon and the loans will be more short-lived than we thought.
And last but not least, I had a look at the withdrawn buses and lo and behold, 37200 has started tracking on a 31. Do with that info what you will, I'm sure the Caley staff have more answers than I do.
It's the ones built in Falkirk that seem to have this issue. If I remember correctly, Scotstouns 23 reg batch were built in the Scarborough plant and are apparently okay.So what's the problem with the first batch of BYD/E200 MMCs? Bustimes today suggests that just 24 out of the first batch of 52 are actually in service today.
Clearly the issue must be significant if vehicles from across the group are being drafted in to cover - but I'm not aware of any other operator struggling with their examples of the type.
If I remember correctly the E400MMCs that were built at Falkirk were of poorer build quality than the YX68 batch built in Scarborough. Either way it’s poor. It's the ones built in Falkirk that seem to have this issue. If I remember correctly, Scotstouns 23 reg batch were built in the Scarborough plant and are apparently okay.
Did you mean 69367 (Not 69366)?Was just added this morning.
Photos of 69366 on a 240 are on the FGLA Facebook group. So, both 366 and 367 have been out today.Did you mean 69367 (Not 69366)?
Since there’s a photo of it someone took, though there’s a change that the two of them have been out on the 240 today.
But yeah, 63104 was out on the 267 today.
