Just reflecting on what had been discussed about Drumchapel and Drumry Rd East in particular, this would probably be my solution, i would have the M60 continue down it as it does tend to be smaller buses that are used and have the 60 go into the retail park, i get that there is very little demand for this part but it prevents buses running late because of getting caught up on a narrow road etc
I would also have to think that it is a bit of a pain in the backside to try and get doubles through most of the time even though it is managed,
Unrelated to this,, though a similar situation, i have always sort of wondered about the need for so many buses to go up and down Barns St/East Barns St in Whitecrook, i have always thought the 1 services should continue along Dumbarton/Glasgow road into Clydebank to make it that bit more like an express service as most people are going from the town into Clydebank for that section and just have the 2 and the 6 continue to serve this road, although i am aware there are a number of people who use the 1 and get on or off at this road (me being 1 at one point point)
