Going for a conductors assessment with these shortly any tips would be helpful

make sure you do the practice pack they sent you, and make sure you are confident in it, the questions they will ask you are very similiar, just with say different place names maybe.
Also they will ask you questions like name a time when you had an irate customer? How did you deal with the situation.
Think of a time you were in a high pressure situation, that sort of thing.
