First Great Western trainee train driver application form help!

Could anybody who filled out the application form for trainee train driver remind me what the questions were? I made a schoolboy error and didn't make a copy so can't remember everything I put down.Now got a manager's interview and pretty sure they will quiz me on the form. If someone could let me know the questions I think I would remember all my responses.Thanks for your help people also if anyone has done the final interview do they make reference to your application form?

OK Paul, I don't have a list of the exact questions, but the topics were something along the lines of:

Safety
Working Alone
Shift Work/How did you stay alert
Example of a course/study work, and how was it assessed etc.
Example of following rules and procedures
Examples of communicating ideas/instructions/information.

I know these are possibly a bit vague, but they might at least stoke a few memories.

Thanks Pete good luck to you too! I would imagine HR will give short notice like they seem to have done to most people.So need to be prepared! I'm hoping they will read your application form out to you and then ask questions?

I tend to spend at least half an hour each evening just reading through a few company web pages, that sort of thing.

By the way, which depot did you apply to work at?

If you was original and truthful with your answers on the application form you shouldn't be worried

Yeah I have been but I filled out the form in august aswell as other forms for different tocs so forgotten the questions.I'm not worried just seeing if anybody could let me know so I can be better prepared! I've had a pm to help me out so sorted now.
