Hi all, I had an interview for the position over 4 weeks ago and have heard nothing, after completing my assestments I received a phone call from Pat the HR representative for train managers but did not save her number what a fool,if anyone did save could they possibly pm me.
Is anyone in the same position was advised on the day that a decisioon would be made that week not holding out much hope.
thanks
J

New members cannot receive or send PMs, you need a certain amount of posts before the function becomes available (is it 5 or 10?).

I'm not sure if this helps, but I recently met (a) Pat from FGW HR at a Conductor assessment centre. There may well be more than one Pat at FGW, but she did introduce herself as the person responsible for 'Guards, Conductors and Hosts' (or words to that effect), so I wouldn't be surprised if it was the same lady.

She advised us there that it is best to email her with any questions as answering her phone can be quite problematic at times due to work commitments.

The email was the usual corporate format of firstname.surname'at'firstgroup . com

If you go back through your email chain, you may find the surname if she was previously involved in your process (i.e please report to your assessment centre and ask for).

Don't want to post exact information for obvious reasons.
