First Great Western telephone interview questions

Hi guys,

I have a telephone interview coming up soon, with First Great Western trains for a Customer Ambassador.

I would like to know if anyone could give me advice on what sort of questions will be asked or if anyone has had one of these interviews, please share your experience?

It good to know what kind of answers I need to prepare.

I have had some of these style interviews before, albeit not for that particular role, so I can't say what you'll be asked - They have been covered on the forums, as hughavinalaf has said. Pretty standard interview techniques apply - My only advice would be to remember you're being marked on your communication skills, aswell as your answers to the questions. Also, try and use a landline phone if possible, as blips in mobile signal can distort questions/answers and lead to you answering something slightly different than was asked, or your answer being misinterpreted.
