Just wondering why the only Rover/Ranger that has a First Class option is the All Line Rover. Any reason why others don't? Or have I missed some which do??
Availability of First Class on the trains convered by said Rovers and Rangers?

Many cover areas/regions where the train services are predominantly Standard Class only rural and regional services.

First class is relatively rare on regional services across the UK, however there are plenty of rover areas where first class is definitely an option on long distance services: Scotland and the South West spring to mind.

Given both first class and rovers themselves are relatively small demand products, I suspect the overlap is particularly niche, though I would have thought that there is a market in some areas. (Our family holiday this year includes deployment of a Devon and Cornwall Rover and I did look to see whether first class was an option - my son is autistic and really struggles with busy noisy spaces so we often upgrade. We did a First class Swiss Pass last year)

From memory, I believe the current crop of rail rovers were developed by Regional Railways to try and develop their business. Regional Railways didn’t have first class so there was no need to produce a rover with a first class option.

Aren't there some newer ones, though? I think the Great West Way tickets and Southern Daysave are post privatisation (and include services with 1st). Obviously possible 1st isn't an option just for capacity reasons for these though.
