First Class (London Midland) - never enforced/checked - what to do?

There are lots (at least 5) at Lime Street. Some underneath the big clock and others on Platforms 1-6 in the poster frames.

It changed from being, 'With effect from 31 January etc....' to the new ones saying it WAS in effect now.

I had a look today - I could only find one on the main station concourse, and that was on the opposite side of the councourse from platform 8 - so if you are travelling towards the platform you won't see it. It's also completely hidden from view by the information boards if you are in the main part of the concourse.
