Amazing news – One of our new state-of-the-art trains for the @Merseyrail network has left the factory in Switzerland and is making its way over to the city region to begin testing – we will keep you posted! #itscoming

I understand that it is due at Kirkdale Depot in the early hours of Thursday morning. There will be three reversals on route - at Down Wapping, Bootle and Sandhills.
