First class 70 through Huntingdon/St Neots?

Ok not sure if it would be the first but i've certainly never seen one before. Saying that I didn't actually see this one as the path had dropped just below where the line was visible but the deep rumble accompanied by a high pitch whining suggests it was a class 70.
If anyone more knowledgeable could shed any light i'd be grateful. Especially whether it was a one off or likely to be repeated. It passed through St Neots station at 20:35 today (17/08)

Thanks for your reply. I guess that must be it. Is there any way to tell what the loco was? I see GBRF mentioned which would rule out a 70...

The working that Strathclyder links to is 6C70 and was indeed a 70, 70805.

Cheers guys. Bugger! I live and work near the line and have never seen a 70. A few seconds earlier or later and I would have had a perfect view of it. Wonder how long it will be before another one ventures down this way...
