I have recently received a letter from the Prosecutions department for not holding a valid ticket, I have since sent a response to which I have now heard back from First Capital Connect to contact [Mod Note - name removed] of the Prosecutions department.
The letter I received asked me to contact [Mod Note - name removed] on 020 8929 4004, to which I have had no avail. I have tried calling several times and have left voicemails and have sent an email.
After calling Customer Relations, I was told this was the incorrect number and to call 020 7922 4923/9061.
Again, no luck with either number.
Please can someone help me locate the correct number, as I wish to get this matter settled as soon as possible. I'm hoping this phonecall is to settle my debt out of court, would this be correct?
Many thanks in advance
