As Jordan said, it has really stopped being the HQ. Most of UK Bus is now Bristol IIRC

I mean when will it stop being a figurehead? Also when did most of the HQ move to Bristol?

It's been a gradual thing over probably the last decade or so since Lockhead left. Admin functions have slowly moved south to the point where there's next to nothing about Aberdeen that makes it the HQ now other than the sign at the front gates!
